Plugged In Magazine

Rhondda Cynon Taf's Local Authority have always been actively engaged with young people in the county and its new initiative is the creation of 'Plugged In' music magazine. It is written and designed by young people, and it can be purchased from libraries and other arts establishments all over the county borough.
